- Delivery time: 3–4 working days.

- Advance payment required.
- Worldwide shipping available.

3. Custom Orders
Customized gotta dresses are made according to customer requirements. Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be canceled.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
- Only defective items can be returned.
- Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Sale items are NOT returnable.
- Slight color variation is not considered a defect.
5. Delivery Policy
Customers must provide correct name, phone number, and address. Salenay is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
